Create a valid Vinted Search Link
Run /add_link in the destination private channel. Vinted Search Link Setup asks for Search Alias, Search Link, Whitelisted Keywords and Blacklisted Keywords. The URL must be a Vinted catalogue link containing a category or brand parameter. Prefer Vinted’s box filters to a language-specific search_text parameter.

Manage saved links and keyword filters
Use /manage_links to edit, remove or change the active state of a search, and /show_links to audit the current channel. /add_filter opens Keyword Filter Setup with Keyword, Minimum Price, Maximum Price and Size / Storage. Separate related keyword words with spaces and multiple size or storage values with commas; /manage_filters and /show_filters maintain those rules.
Apply seller-quality controls
Open /manage_private_channel → Seller Filters. The available fields are Whitelisted Sellers, Blacklisted Sellers, Minimum Seller Rating, Minimum Seller Feedback Count and Hide Business Sellers. Leave allowlists empty when every seller should remain eligible.

Set countries, mentions and visibility
Country Filters provides two Whitelisted Countries menus; leave both empty to monitor all countries. Mentions can be toggled for one or all private channels. Item Visibility selects which listing states may be shown, including hidden listings where supported.
Control the alert itself
/setup → Embed Settings chooses the information displayed in every monitor notification: Price, Brand, Condition, Published Time, Seller Name, Seller Reviews, Size, Description, photos and category-specific fields. Displayed Action Buttons independently controls Autobuy, Send Offer, Favourite Item, Block Seller and View on Vinted.
