Inventra stores your Discord user ID, display name, avatar URL, VintedSeekers membership and feature-entitlement identifiers, inventory records, uploaded item images, workspace preferences, business details you choose to enter, and technical session/security data.
Why the data is used
The data is used to verify community access, sign you in, provide inventory and financial analytics, create exports and purchase documents, remember preferences, protect the service, and answer support requests. Processing is based on providing the service you requested and the operator's legitimate interests in secure, reliable operation.
Service providers and transfers
Discord is used for authentication and access verification. Hosting and database providers process data only as needed to operate Inventra. Provider locations and safeguards must be completed by the operator for the actual production setup.
Retention and deletion
Account, inventory, settings, and images are kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account data from Settings. Short-lived security or server logs may remain for the period necessary to investigate abuse or service failures.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.
Necessary storage
Inventra uses only technically necessary session and security storage for login, CSRF protection, language, and theme preferences. No advertising or optional analytics cookies are used, so no consent banner is shown.
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Inventra, a private inventory and finance workspace for resellers.
Service
Inventra helps users track stock, sales, costs, marketplace fees, taxes, analytics, purchase receipts, and sales invoices. It does not act as a marketplace, payment provider, accounting firm, or tax authority.
Access and membership
Access is verified through Discord and may depend on an active VintedSeekers membership or assigned feature roles. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure and for ensuring that the information you enter is accurate.
Your data and content
You keep ownership of the inventory records, images, business details, and invoice text you enter. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, display, and generate documents from that content for the service.
Business records and invoices
Invoice numbers, tax settings, VAT selections, and document notes are generated from your settings and item data. You must review every document before using it externally and ensure it meets the rules that apply to your business, customer, platform, and country.
EU consumer rights
Where you use Inventra as a consumer, mandatory EU and national consumer-protection rights remain unaffected, including pre-contract information, withdrawal rights where applicable, and remedies for digital services that do not conform to the contract.
No professional advice
Calculations, tax-rate presets, analytics, AI-assisted text, and generated documents are workflow aids only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or marketplace-compliance advice.
Availability and changes
The operator may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development. Material changes to these terms should be communicated in a reasonable way.
Misuse and account actions
Do not use Inventra to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attack the service, bypass access controls, or generate misleading documents. Accounts or features may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal obligations.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every calculation, integration, or generated document is error-free.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from the stated date.
