Configure the three message events
Run /setup → Custom Messages. Personalized Messages contains Message on Item Favorited, Message on Successful Purchase and Message on Item Sold Out. Each optional message accepts up to 300 characters and supports the {username} placeholder.
Set both offer directions
Open /setup → Custom Offers. Offered Discount on Favorite sends a percentage when another user favourites your listing. Requested Discount on Interest requests a percentage when you show interest in an item. Each field accepts a value from 0 to 40 percent.
- Use your minimum acceptable margin for outgoing discounts
- Set the buying request independently
- Leave a field empty or at zero when that automation should remain inactive
Control accepted offers
Automatically buy accepted offers purchases an item when a seller accepts one of your Smart Offers. Enable it only after the buying or mixed session, Default Session, payment, shipping and pickup settings are verified.
Relist and inspect sales
Run /relist and submit the Item Link for an item that belongs to the connected selling account. A successful result displays Item URL, Item and Price. Use /my_sales to select a connected session and review Order History; consider a purposeful relist after seven to fourteen days.
